“Better Sex w/ Phat”

Sex. It usually grabs people attention, and at least makes em focus a little longer on what is being said.  That being said, who wants more sex?, better sex? I thought so, us too.  Part of the reason we work so hard in the gym.  I am going to give you three drills that will increase your libido, increase your stamina and make you feel like the titan or titan-ess? that you were meant to feel like in the bedroom, car or movie theatre (tee hee). Growllll… grrrr.. meow.. and other dirty sounds.

SEX MOVE #1

Dead Lifts

If I had to pick one drill that can elevate your heart rate, increase strength and make you feel like the king or queen of the jungle… this bad boy would be it!  Check out the video and after performing 3 sets of 10-12 at 70% of your 1RM. Enjoy the afterburn and fun that ensues! Woot Woot!

Reverse Plank

For him and her… nuff said.

SEX MOVE #3

Go for a run.  Thats it. Stamina is very important, it doesnt matter how much you can lift or press if you can only do “it” for 2 min…. enjoy and your welcome.
